Things to do in Perth?

Im new to Perth and my little sister is visiting next week - any suggestions on what we can do? Shes not a big drinker so a busy bar scene wouldn't suit; any chilled out quiet bars would be good around Maylands/Mt Lawley area would be good. Also any tips on good vegan; vegi resturants or free stuff to do in Perth?

Try going to the North Bridge area there are lot of bar and restaurants in the region which will definitely serve your requirements, enjoy the outing.
